Pistachio is a beautiful pale green, using the same base glaze as Butter. So the same glazes layer beautifully.

I prefer to fire to cone 6 with a 15 minute hold (a strong 7 by the cones). for a less glossy look, many of our studio members prefer to take it to cone 5, but that is less vitrified and stable than a fully fired glaze.

Spraying Morty's, Black, and Ocean Blue is my favorite combination. I love it on brown clay, love it on white clay. Please send us images of some of your favorite combinations when you create them!!!
