Glazes

We LOVE good glazes. We make 'em, sell 'em and, most of all, use 'em. If we carry it, we try it out. If something doesn't work for us, we'll let you know how we made it work.

See, here's the thing about glazes--not all of them work on everyone's work. Some really like light clays, some really like dark clays. Some show texture, some hide it. Every glaze on the market works in some way on somone's clay, in someone's kiln, but we'll try to help you figure out if it works in yours.

So, as we populate this site, we'll be adding more and more information about the glazes, photos of them on different clay bodies, with different firings. We'll be trying to help you be a more successful glazer.
